Training Administrator:
The Training Administrator has the
following responsibilities:
– Ensure
training matrices and records are kept up-to-date, secure, and accessible. This
includes ensuring that references to specific document versions match
corresponding entries in the managed document index.
– Report
training progress to managers, supervisors, and employees.
– Ensure
that training materials, certification certificates, and GMP training
certificates are maintained in printed format and properly archived.
– Maintain a
current list of trained and certified employees.

Periodically review systems to ensure compliance with company procedures.
– Provide
the supervisor/manager with a training matrix and draft training plan for the
new role.
– Provide
monthly training status reports to the company.
Human Resources Manager's
responsibilities include:
- Assist
management in planning, coordinating, and implementing related cost-effective
training and development activities for all training not related to Quality
Assurance, GMP, and WH&S.
– Notify
training administrators of all new hires and terminations. These include
permanent and temporary employees.
- Transfer
new employee program information and records (including GMP and safety
induction) to the new employee's supervisor at the start of work.
– Archive
completed training in the employee's personnel file. Archive training materials
for a period of time after an employee leaves the company.
GMP Trainer's responsibilities
include:
– Conduct
training courses as effectively as possible.
– Ensure
each student and trainer signs the training documentation at the end of the
training.
- Forward
the original training recording to the training administrator for recording and
archiving.
